Eva High Density Closed Cell Foams Hardness 60-75 Shore C

Our high density EVA foam is the firm, closed-cell end of the EVA range — smooth, water-resistant, and dense enough to hold an edge and carry weight. Hardness runs 60–75 on the Shore C scale (E600 is the 60–65 range; E700 is the firmer 70–75), so you’re choosing structure, not softness.

Makers reach for it when the foam has to do something: footwear platforms and midsoles, cosplay armor and props that need to keep a crisp shape, gym and industrial flooring, and soundproofing panels. It sands cleanly, heat-forms, and takes contact adhesive well.

Choosing your thickness: sheets run from 2 mm up to 40 mm. Thin sheets (2–4 mm) are best for detail layering, lightweight props, and lining. Mid weights (6–12 mm) are the workhorses for armor bases and platforms. Thick blocks (20–40 mm) carve into soles, bases, and structural forms. Not sure which fits your build? Email us at info@avetcoinc.com — we’ll point you to the right sheet. Looking for a different firmness? Browse our softer 20–35 Shore C (cosplay & sculpting) and 40–55 Shore C (footwear & padding) foams.
