EVA foam sheets in stock in Los Angeles, from soft 20 Shore C to hard 70-75 Shore C, 2mm to 40mm thick. Avetco has supplied closed-cell EVA foam to footwear makers, orthotic labs, prop and armor shops and manufacturers since 1997. We stock it deep, including high density 70-75 Shore C, a grade that is hard to find in quantity.

Choose by hardness. Our E-numbers keep firmness simple. E200 is soft (20-30 Shore C), for top covers and liners. E400 and E500 are medium (40-55 Shore C), for insoles, padding and thermoformed shells. E600 and E700 are firm (60-75 Shore C), for midsoles, posting, heel lifts and detailed shell armor. Shop 20-35 Shore C, 40-55 Shore C or high density EVA foam, 60-75 Shore C.

Choose by thickness: 2-4mm, 5-10mm, 12-20mm and 25-40mm block foam. Most sheets run 39″ x 51″; the thicker and harder grades are about 35″ x 39″. Each listing states its own size, hardness and nominal density.
