Outsole Rubber & Eva Sheets

Outsole rubber and EVA soling sheets — shoe sole material by the sheet, and the wearing layer of the finished shoe. Avetco stocks patterned EVA sheets and solid rubber soling by the sheet, so you can cut shoe soles, toplifts and repairs to your own patterns.

Patterned EVA comes in chevron, pyramid, fineline, tractor, stone, ripple, dog bone, checker, wave, atlas, stripe and polka dot, from 4mm to 12mm — mostly E700 (70-75 Shore C), with E500 (55-60 Shore C) where a softer tread is wanted. Sheet sizes vary by pattern, from 30″ x 30″ up to 68″ x 38″.

On the rubber side: gum rubber soling sheets in 3mm (70 and 75-80 Shore A), Neolite plain rubber in 5mm, and Fineline rubber for toplifts and heel repair at 90 Shore A.

A note on hardness: EVA is rated in Shore C and rubber in Shore A. The two scales are not interchangeable, so compare like with like.
