Craft Eva Foam

Craft EVA foam sheets — soft, closed-cell foam by the 10-pack. Every sheet measures 39″ x 39″ (± 0.5″) at 1.8 mm thick, 40–45 Shore C. One 10-pack gives you over 105 square feet, rolled and shipped in a single box.

At this softness the foam cuts cleanly with scissors or a craft blade, takes glue and paint well, and heat-forms with an ordinary heat gun — which is what makes it the right sheet for classrooms, party and event decor, kids’ crafts, cosplay detailing, and small production runs. Choose a single colour 10-pack (Gray, Amazon Green, Kiwi Green, Nectarine, Lollipop Red) or one of our curated colour mixes.

Need it firmer? Craft foam is deliberately soft, so it is not the right choice for armour bases, outsoles, or anything that must hold its shape under load. For those, step up in hardness: 20–35 Shore C, 40–55 Shore C, or 60–75 Shore C.
