Description
6 mm E700 EVA Foam Ripple Pattern – Hardness 70-75° Shore C
6 mm EVA in our E700 Grade A, embossed with a ripple pattern. At 240 kg/m³ this is the densest sheet in the patterned range, with a peeling strength of 3500-5000 N/M — it holds an adhesive bond well, which matters when it is laminated into a sole unit.
EVA foam is an elasticized closed-cell foam made from Ethylene Vinyl Acetate and blended copolymers, with a high level of chemical cross-linking. The result is a semi-rigid sheet with a fine, uniform cell structure — shock absorbing, buoyant, waterproof, and resistant to UV and cracking.
