The E400 is a durable non-woven polyester toe-puff and counter material infused with polystyrene resin. Activated by solvent dipping, it holds its shape with adjustable softness and rigidity — a long-lasting, reliable reinforcement for toe puffs and heel counters across a wide range of footwear.
