12 mm E700 EVA Wave Pattern – Hardness 70-75° Shore B
12 mm EVA in our E700 grade, embossed with a wave pattern. The pattern is functional as well as decorative: it breaks up the contact surface, which adds grip and lets the sheet flex along the wave. At 70-75° Shore B this is a firm sheet, suited to soling and structural padding rather than soft cushioning.
EVA foam is an elasticized closed-cell foam made from Ethylene Vinyl Acetate and blended copolymers, with a high level of chemical cross-linking. The result is a semi-rigid sheet with a fine, uniform cell structure — shock absorbing, buoyant, waterproof, and resistant to UV and cracking.
