Avetco group head steel nails are Italian-made round-shank nails with a small group (gruppino) head and a chisel tongue point, made for shoemaking and heel work. The compact group head drives nearly flush and stays discreet in the finished shoe, while the round steel shank cuts cleanly, drives easily and holds firmly in leather, heel stacks and sole layers. At 35 mm long they give the reach for lasting uppers and building heels, and they are supplied by the pound (16 oz).
