🪡 Poliflex M-60 — Soft Non-Woven Fusible Toe Puff & Reinforcing Interlining, 0.6 mm (M60)

Poliflex M-60 is a soft, reinforcing non-woven interlining made from a polyester base with a heat-activated fusible backing. Designed as a soft toe puff for footwear, it irons on to add gentle, resilient structure to vamps, uppers, and toe areas — supportive reinforcement that shapes a shoe without the stiffness of a hard counter. At 0.6 mm it is the lighter of the two Poliflex M weights.

It is built for casual and sport footwear and is widely used in diabetic shoes, where soft, comfortable reinforcement matters. Beyond footwear it works just as well for handbag panels and bases, belt and strap backing, and structured accessories — anywhere a project needs clean non-woven reinforcement that stays comfortable and flexible.

Application is easy and low-temperature: position the interlining adhesive-side down and press at 105–120 °C (221–248 °F) for 8–10 seconds at 50–60 psi (4–6 kg/cm²), and it bonds in seconds — no sewing or basting required. M-60 is the 0.6 mm weight; for a thicker, firmer build, the same material is available as M-80 (0.8 mm).
