4 mm E700 EVA Foam Polka Dot Pattern – Hardness 70-75° Shore C
4 mm EVA in our E700 grade, embossed with a polka dot pattern. At 260 kg/m³ it is denser than our plain E700 sheet of the same thickness, so the emboss holds its shape under pressure instead of flattening — a visible top layer, a sock liner, or a decorative outsole where the pattern has to survive being walked on.
EVA foam is an elasticized closed-cell foam made from Ethylene Vinyl Acetate and blended copolymers, with a high level of chemical cross-linking. The result is a semi-rigid sheet with a fine, uniform cell structure — shock absorbing, buoyant, waterproof, and resistant to UV and cracking.
