13 mm Bolt Swivel Snap Hook – Y1481, 10 Pack
A swivel bolt snap: the hook end opens with a sprung bolt, and the base rotates freely so a strap can twist without kinking. The Y1481 takes flat strapping up to 13 mm (1/2 inch) through its loop.
Swivel hooks are what let a shoulder strap lie flat however the bag is carried — a fixed hook forces the strap to twist at the shoulder instead.
