Description
🪡 Poliflex 360-12 — Medium-Weight Non-Woven Fusible Reinforcement, 0.7–0.9 mm (360-12)
Poliflex 360-12 is a medium-weight, non-woven fusible interfacing built to add firm structure and reinforcement. Made from a polyester base with a heat-activated PVC adhesive coating, it irons on to back and stabilize materials that need real body — bonding cleanly to leather and structured components. At 0.7–0.9 mm with a medium hand, it is substantially heavier than a garment interfacing, made to reinforce and hold shape.
It is a strong choice for leatherwork and footwear — backing and reinforcing leather panels, uppers, and structured components — and for handbags, bags, and accessories that need dependable body. It fuses fast and evenly for a smooth, secure bond.
Application is simple: position the interfacing adhesive-side down, press with a hot iron at 130 °C (266 °F), and it bonds in seconds — no sewing or basting required. In our testing it fused well to leather with a household iron on a high setting (around level 7). At a generous 57″ width, one roll covers a wide range of leather goods, footwear, and structured projects.
