E500 High-Density EVA Foam Sheets — 50–55° Shore C (5 mm)

The cosplay-and-costume standard in our thicker 5 mm sheet, sized at a convenient 39″ × 51″. Medium-firm Grade A Rubber EVA that heat-forms cleanly by hand, holds crisp edges and detail, and sands smooth — the extra thickness gives bigger armor pieces and props more body and structure.

At 5mm and 50-55° Shore C this is the light thermoforming gauge — enough body to hold a formed shape, still soft enough to accommodate a sensitive foot. Orthotic labs, pedorthists and shoe repair shops reach for this high-density eva foam sheet for:
