Description
E500 High-Density EVA Foam Sheets — 50–55° Shore C
The cosplay-and-costume standard, now in our easy-to-handle 39″ × 51″ sheet. Medium-firm Grade A Rubber EVA that heat-forms cleanly by hand, holds crisp edges and detail, and sands smooth — the workhorse density most armor builders, prop makers, and footwear shops reach for first.
Why Choose Avetco E500 EVA
- Grade A Rubber, 50–55° Shore C — firm enough to hold a clean edge, soft enough to heat-shape with a hot-air gun.
- Closed-cell & water-resistant — won’t soak up water, paint, or contact cement.
- Standard 39″ × 51″ sheet — the easy-to-store size; step up to our jumbo 47″ × 87″ sheet when you need bigger panels.
- White & black, in 3 mm.
- Uniform density sheet to sheet, so templates and cut files repeat reliably.
Best uses
- Cosplay armor, helmets, pauldrons, and bracers
- Structural costume builds and wearable props

- 3D / puff embroidery backing for hats, caps, and patches
