E500 High-Density EVA Foam Sheets — 50–55° Shore C
The cosplay-and-costume standard, now in our easy-to-handle 39″ × 51″ sheet. Medium-firm Grade A Rubber EVA that heat-forms cleanly by hand, holds crisp edges and detail, and sands smooth — the workhorse density most armor builders, prop makers, and footwear shops reach for first.

At 3mm and 50-55° Shore C this is a working layer on the soft side — thin enough to sit inside a shoe without stealing volume, forgiving enough to accommodate rather than correct. Orthotic labs, pedorthists and shoe repair shops reach for this high-density EVA foam sheet for:

Like the rest of our high-density EVA foam range it is closed-cell, so it does not soak up perspiration or lose thickness to it. It heat-forms readily, skives and bevels to a clean edge, and takes contact cement well. Where the build needs control rather than accommodation, step up to the firmer 60-75° Shore C high density range and use this high-density eva foam sheet as the layer above it.
