How to Choose the Right Size
First, measure the width of your strap. The 25 mm roller buckle fits straps up to 25 mm (1″) wide, so it suits most 1″ belts and wider bag straps. For a wider or narrower strap, choose the 20 mm or 15 mm size instead. All three sizes share the same shape and finish, so a matching set is easy to build. Then punch the prong hole, fold the strap end around the center bar, and stitch, rivet or screw it closed. As a result, the roller takes the friction and the leather stays smooth for longer.
