Our 12mm to 20mm EVA foam is thick, durable, and designed for applications that require strength, cushioning, and structure. This range is ideal for protective padding, heavy-duty cosplay builds, orthopedic uses, and industrial applications.

This high-density closed-cell foam provides superior shock absorption, resilience, and water resistance. It can be cut and shaped using standard tools and thermoformed with heat for custom designs.

Includes 12mm (1/2″), 15mm (~5/8″), 19mm (3/4″), and 20mm EVA foam in multiple formats and finishes.
