Avetco, Inc. Shipping and Return Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Avetco, Inc. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic and International Shipping Policy

 

Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt.
  • Orders are processed or shipped from Tuesday through Friday at 12 pm PST.
    • Avetco, Inc. remains closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays, as well as on holidays.
  • During periods of high order volume, there may be a delay of a few days in shipments. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email or phone.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Our default shipping services are UPS and USPS. All palletized orders will be shipped by trucking line upon request.
  • The shipping calculator does not consider that we can combine orders by rolling materials together or placing merchandise between them. However, because we work with a variety of materials that have different weights and dimensions, some items cannot be combined for shipping.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

  • Avetco, Inc. ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
  • Shipments to these addresses may take 3-6 weeks to arrive due to USPS delays.
  • Avetco, Inc. cannot be held liable if the customer provides an inaccurate shipping address, leading to the inability to recover the package.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
  •  Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Avetco, Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs)

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

  • We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS.
  • If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled.
  • Avetco, Inc. cannot be held liable if the customer provides an inaccurate shipping address, leading to the inability to recover the package.

Missing, Damaged, or Stolen Packages:

  • If you have not received your order, please contact UPS or USPS immediately and provide them with your tracking information. They will investigate and may be able to locate your package.
  • It is not unusual for USPS or UPS packages to be scanned as delivered and then show up the next day.
  • Alternatively, you can alert us at info@avetcoinc.com. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and will replace or refund your order once the investigation is complete. Please allow up to 21 days for the investigation.
  • If you have received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipping carrier and send us an email with pictures and courier claim number at info@avetcoinc.com.
  • Once the shipping courier confirms delivery, Avetco, Inc. is not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery.
    • If a package is stolen, the customer can take the following steps:
      • Track the package
      • Document what happened
      • File a police report
      • Contact their homeowners or renters’ insurance company.
    • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return or Exchange Policy

Please note that AVETCOINC.COM offers a 30-day exchange, credit, or refund policy for both online and in-store purchases. In order to be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. A restocking fee of twenty five (25) percent will be charged for all returns, and refunds will be less the cost of shipping and any charges.
  2. You must obtain prior authorization for all returns. Please refer to our “Return Process” for more information.
  3. The product must be paid for in full by the buyer.
  4. The returned product must be in its original packaging and unopened. Please include a copy of the Return Authorization with your return.
  5. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning any product.
  6. Refunds will only be issued once the returned product has been inspected and accepted by AVETCO.
  7. Please note that cut fabrics and EVA Foam cannot be returned or refunded.
  8. Any product must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Eva Foams
  • Fabrics
  • Clearance Items
  • Sale Items
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@avetcoinc.com.

If the item was a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

It’s a good idea to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance when returning more expensive items. This way, you have proof of shipment and can ensure the item reaches its destination. Keep in mind that without these measures, there is no guarantee that your returned item will be received.
