Description
Cactus nubuck is a top-grain cow side buffed on the grain side to a fine, dry nap – suede-like to the touch but with the strength of the grain layer still under it, which a split suede does not have. The nap is short and even, so it takes a clean cut edge and does not shed. Sides run 16-18 square feet at 3/4 oz. (1.2-1.6 mm), in Black, Cognac and Dark Brown.

Nubuck shows nap direction and takes marks from handling, so work with clean hands and lay all the panels of one project the same way round.
