Description

Retina is a mesh embossed cow leather: a full-grain side hide pressed with a fine, regular grid so the surface reads as woven mesh while staying a single solid piece of leather. The pattern is modern and architectural rather than animal, which makes it useful where an embossed hide has to look deliberate instead of imitative. Sides run 20-23 square feet at 3 oz. (1.2-1.4 mm) in Black, Mood Indigo, Steel Gray and Rio Red.
