Goatskin soft leather is a goat hide tanned and finished for suppleness rather than structure – it falls and gathers closer to a lambskin, while keeping the tear strength goat is bought for. The natural pebble stays fine and even. Hides run 5-8 square feet at 2 oz. (0.8-1.2 mm), stocked in Black, Chestnut, Evergreen and Red.
